Abony Safari Cheese is a uniquely crafted, locally inspired cheese designed for the Kenyan palate, combining familiar favourites into one versatile cheese experience. It blends the smooth melt of mozzarella with the rich depth of cheddar, creating a creamy yet flavourful taste perfect for everyday enjoyment.
Gently aged for approximately six weeks under controlled Gouda-style conditions, it develops a light nuttiness and balanced character while remaining soft, elastic, and easy to melt. Its rich texture and versatile flavour make it ideal for lasagna, sandwiches, grilling, cooking, cheese boards, and a variety of homemade meals. It also pairs beautifully with younger wines for a simple gourmet experience.
